**WAIVER**
BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION:
*You hereby agree/allow for voice and photo release to promote the event.
*You understand that this is an outdoor fishing event on a lake or river and any injuries, medical bills, emergency transportation, and other health related issues will be your responsibility and you will not hold program organizers accountable for any of these actions.
- Our screening committee will review all applications.
- You MUST have a valid Minnesota DNR Fishing License to participate.
- You MUST be a Veteran, or Actively Serving in the United States Armed Services
- All applicants will be notified by email after April 19, 2026 as to their selection.
- This event will be held on THURSDAY-FRIDAY, June 4-5, 2026.
- Selected participants MUST have a valid State of Minnesota Fishing License.
